2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

- Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition and packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and parts that were part of the original order.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided by customer support. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:

- Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to qualify for a refund or replacement.

- Photographs of the damaged or defective item
- Photographs of the packaging if it was damaged during shipping

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective items.
- Gift Cards and Digital Products: As noted earlier, gift cards and digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
